About the Westgate SuperContest
The Westgate SuperContest is the longest-running and most prestigious NFL handicapping contest in Las Vegas. Each week of the NFL regular season, entrants pick five games against the spread, earning one point for a win and half a point for a push. The entrant with the highest cumulative score at the end of the season takes the grand prize, with the top 20 finishers paid — and because the SuperContest runs at 100% payback with no rake, every dollar of the entry pool is returned to the players.
Beyond the season-long standings, the SuperContest includes a full slate of in-season competitions — three six-week contests, six three-week contests, and two nine-week contests — so there are 11 additional chances to cash throughout the year, even if you fall off the season-long lead. The $1,500 entry has made it the benchmark that every other Las Vegas football contest is measured against for decades.
The catch has always been that you must register and submit your picks in person at the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas. Can I play the Westgate SuperContest if I don’t live in Nevada?
Yes. The SuperContest requires in-person registration and weekly pick submission at the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas, but Vegas Football Proxy handles that part for you. You send us your picks from anywhere in the US and we submit them on your behalf before each deadline.
How do I get my weekly picks to VFP?
You can send your five against-the-spread picks by app, text, or email each week. We verify them, submit them in person at the Westgate ahead of the deadline, and send you confirmation with proof of entry.
How many SuperContest entries can I have?
The SuperContest allows up to 10 entries per person, and VFP can manage all of them for you under your registered alias.
What does VFP charge to proxy the SuperContest?
Our proxy service fee starts at $300 for the entire season. That is a flat fee — we never take a percentage of your winnings, and there are no per-week or late-deadline charges. The $1,500 SuperContest entry fee is separate and paid to the Westgate.
