Westgate SuperContest — Official Contest Rules
Everything you need to know about how the SuperContest works, week to week, and exactly how the prize pool pays out.
This page summarizes the official SuperContest Rules and Regulations published by the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook. Vegas Football Proxy is an independent in-person registration service and is not affiliated with the Westgate. The SuperBook sets and can change contest terms at any time — the downloadable PDF at the bottom of this page is the definitive, current rules document.
Entry & Registration
- •Entry fee: $1,500 per entry, paid directly to the Westgate. Fees are non-refundable and valid the entire regular season (Weeks 1–18).
- •Up to 10 entries per contestant, each treated as a separate entry for scoring and prizes.
- •Registration happens in person at the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas — VFP handles this leg of it for out-of-state clients.
- •Must be 21 or older with valid photo ID, and must hold a free Westgate WOW rewards card.
- •Registration window: 9:00 AM PT Wednesday, July 1, 2026 through 3:00 PM PT Saturday, September 12, 2026.
- •Accepted payment methods include cash, cashier’s check, money order, Westgate live gaming chips, and credit card (debit/credit carries a 3% surcharge).
Contest Format & Scoring
- •Each entry picks 5 NFL games against the spread, every week.
- •Scoring: 1 point for a correct pick, 0.5 points for a push, 0 points for a loss.
- •The contest runs Tuesday, September 8, 2026 through Sunday, January 10, 2027 — NFL Weeks 1–18.
- •Highest cumulative score at the end of the regular season wins the overall title.
- •On a forfeit, the winning team scores 1 point and the forfeiting team scores 0 — this doesn’t apply to canceled or postponed games.
During the Season — Weekly Cadence
- •Lines are posted approximately 5:00 PM PT each Wednesday (Tuesday for Week 1).
- •Picks are due by 5:00 PM PT Saturday — or before kickoff of your selected game if it starts earlier.
- •Missing the Saturday deadline scores 0 points for that entry that week — strictly enforced, no exceptions.
- •Weekly selections and standings are posted publicly in the SuperBook, with informational copies on WestgateLasVegas.com.
Full-Season Prize Structure
The full-season prize pool is built from entry fees, minus the money set aside for the in-season bonus contests below. Payouts are a percentage of that pool, split across the top 20 finishers.
Ties for 2nd–20th split that place’s prize money equally. A tie for 1st is broken by total points over the final 3 weeks of the season, then Week 15, then Week 14, and so on — if still tied after all tiebreakers, 1st-place money splits equally among the remaining ties.
In-Season Bonus Contests — $575,000 Total
On top of the season-long standings, 11 shorter bonus contests run throughout the year — so a slow start doesn’t take you out of the running for cash along the way.
- •Two 9-week contests (Weeks 1–9 and Weeks 10–18): 1st $50,000 · 2nd $30,000 · 3rd $20,000 · 4th $10,000 · 5th $5,000.
- •Three 6-week contests (Weeks 1–6, 7–12, 13–18): 1st $25,000 · 2nd $15,000 · 3rd $10,000 · 4th $5,000.
- •Six 3-week contests (Weeks 1–3, 4–6, 7–9, 10–12, 13–15, 16–18): 1st $15,000 · 2nd $10,000 · 3rd $5,000.
- •Ties for an in-season bonus place split that place’s money equally.
Good to Know
- •The NFL regular season must run at least 9 weeks for the contest to be valid, or entry fees are refunded on a prorated basis.
- •After final winners are posted, a 3-day verification period applies to any disputes before results are official.
- •Payout is issued starting Friday, January 15, 2027.
