1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vegas Football Proxy website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vegas Football Proxy provides a proxy facilitation platform that enables customers across the United States to participate in premier Las Vegas-based football contests — including the Circa Survivor contest, the Circa SuperContest, and similar season-long competitions — that would otherwise require a physical presence in Nevada or a locally held sportsbook account. Through VFP, customers register for contest entries, submit their weekly picks, and receive contest-related communications entirely through our digital platform, while VFP manages the corresponding accounts and credentials with contest operators on their behalf. The Service also includes a marketplace where customers can buy and sell contest entries, as well as an administrative portal for account and contest management. The Service is accessible via our main website, customer portal, admin panel, and marketplace.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service, in accordance with applicable contest rules and Nevada law. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Keep your password confidential and secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit or post any content to the platform, you grant Vegas Football Proxy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEGAS FOOTBALL PROXY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vegas Football Proxy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • Any content you submit to the platform.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vegas Football Proxy regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
