About the Program

Vegas Football Proxy SMS Alerts is a text messaging program for existing Vegas Football Proxy clients. Messages may include weekly contest reminders, pick-submission links and confirmations, account alerts, surveys, and replies to your customer-service inquiries.

  • Message frequency varies (for example, weekly during the NFL season).
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How You Opt In

Vegas Football Proxy is a private, white-glove service for existing paying clients only. Every client completes identity and age verification (21 or older) in person at contest signup — no one under 21 can become a client.

You opt in when you register your client account, on the Account preferences step of the registration form in the VFP client portal. The step presents a checkbox, unchecked by default:

Checking that box reveals a separate field for the mobile number you want messages sent to, so your consent and your number are given together, by you, in a single deliberate action.

The following disclosures are shown on that step, before you check the box:

  • The program name — Vegas Football Proxy SMS Alerts — and what we send: weekly contest reminders, pick-submission links and confirmations, account alerts, and customer-service replies.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Links to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and our commitment that we never share or sell your mobile number or your opt-in consent.

Because the registration form is part of your client account, it is reached during account registration in the client portal rather than from the public website.

After you opt in, you will receive a single confirmation message:

"Thanks for joining the Vegas Football Proxy text updates and assistance group! Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Terms & privacy: https://vegasfootballproxy.com/privacy"

Opting in is entirely optional and is never required to use our services.

How You Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. If you later want the messages back, you can re-join by texting JOIN to our program number or by re-enabling text reminders in your account preferences.

Privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
