I have been there.  The first time I met my proxy for the SuperContest, I remember  thinking “I sure hope that guy doesn’t disappear with my 300 bucks.”  I found my proxy because he was mentioned on-line in a sports forum … he had no website no “nuthin” … just a name and a phone number.  I was a little worried at first, but every Friday when I called with my picks, he was there on the other end of the line.

As my proxy was there for me, we will be there for you.  It’s not always easy to trust someone that you have never met, but we will earn your trust each week.  When you call with a question, you will get a call back. When you submit your picks, you will get a text picture of your actual ticket confirming that your picks are in and that they are correct.

Customer service is important to us – we try to be as flexible and responsive as possible to help you have a great contest experience.  We will be there when you call with a question/problem or when you are late with your picks because you had other things going on?  We believe that customer service matters and we will always provide you with the best service – that is our commitment to you.

As part of our service, we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.  If you follow our submission guidelines and we make a mistake that negatively effects your score, then we will refund your proxy fee. If you follow the guidelines and our mistake keeps you out of the money, then we will refund your contest entry fee.   We don’t expect this to happen because we are highly organized with several layers of quality control.  The guarantee is more to assure that we are not all talk.  We back up the promises we make.
